How to read this: Volatility reflects the real live spread % between bid and ask medians (calm = narrow, tight spread; volatile = wide gap between what buyers and sellers currently want). Stability is the liquid fill level in each row — it rises with the number of active, non-expired quotes actually backing that village's numbers (deeper quote book = fuller jar), not with price. Both auto-expire after 45 days along with the underlying quotes. A village with zero quotes shows an honest "no quotes yet" state — nothing here is a placeholder or estimated figure.
This index is independent of, and different from, the Pramaan Fair Score's modeled fair-price band, which is an analyst reference range rather than live crowd data.
